The Role:
We're on the lookout for someone awesome to join the Blinq Support team! If you love helping people and have a knack for finding solutions, you're exactly who we want. Our main focus is providing a stellar experience for Blinq customers contacting us with questions, feedback and letting us know if something’s not working exactly as expected.You'll be handling emails from our fantastic users, looking into any hiccups they might be facing, and helping put together helpful info for our Blinq community in the Help Centre.At Blinq, our Support role is a dynamic and fun experience that allows you to witness the valuable insights and product expertise you acquire come to life in impactful ways throughout the company. You'll have the chance to cultivate meaningful connections with teams like Engineering, and Product and see the impact and importance of your contribution on the daily!If you're up for giving top-notch service and becoming a key part of our support crew, we'd love for you to throw your hat in the ring.

What You Will Own

  • Being the first point of contact for inbound requests and reviews
  • Keeping an eye out for any patterns or issues affecting our users and letting the right team know.
  • Pitching in to create content that makes life easier for Blinq users in our Help Centre

What We Are Looking for:

  • Experience in Customer Service, Support or something similar.
  • You’re available to work Tuesday-Saturday.
  • We love friendly and approachable folks with strong written communication skills.
  • You’re a quick learner! Real-time problem-solving is your jam.
  • You can empathize with the blockers for our customers and jump in with creative solutions.
  • You have experience with breaking down complex or technical stuff into plain language for users.
  • Familiar with Zendesk or something like it? Bonus points!
