Lead the Enterprise Sales function at Brighte to drive business growth by acquiring new enterprise partners, deepening relationships from existing partners and executing the enterprise sales strategy
This role will be responsible for handling complex, large-scale accounts and high-value contracts:
- Execute the enterprise sales strategy & pipeline
- Originate, respond & deliver enterprise opportunities
- Lead team of Enterprise Vendor Managers to drive growth through existing schemes
What You'll Do
- Execute enterprise sales strategy & pipeline
- Develop a clear, agreed sales plan for achieving annual business targets
- Develop and maintain an accurate high quality pipeline for XLT. the Board and the wider business
- Own the relationship lifecycle for Enterprise partners who engage with Brighte
- Originate, respond & deliver enterprise opportunities
- Identify and act on opportunities to drive business growth and expand Brighte’s footprint
- Lead the commercial response to tenders / RFPs from government non-government partners
- Proactively lodge unsolicited proposals and lead contract negotiations
- Lead team of Enterprise Vendor Managers to drive growth through existing schemes
- Oversee volume growth strategies from Enterprise sales team
- Build Key Relationships
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships and nurture relationships with influencers and stakeholders
- Account management of existing enterprise relationships
- Establish trusted relationships with our Product, Marketing and Commercial teams
- Coaching, developing & guiding the enterprise sales team. Setting sales framework & mentoring team on sales principles.
Who You Are
- Required Skills and Qualifications
- The right person will possess 7-10 years of experience in enterprise sales
- Strong understanding of the enterprise sales process and managing a pipeline
- Familiar with enterprise lead cycles and strategies to manage this
- Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior government stakeholders and C-level executives
- Experienced in managing a sales team
- A knowledge of the energy sector and renewable energy with an interest in advancing Brighte’s mission
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Comfortable developing relations and building rapport
- Genuine care for customers and solving their problems
- Ability to travel as needed
- Preferred Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
- Experience selling to government and non-government partners
- Knowledge of CRM software, such as Salesforce
- Strong leadership skills, outcome-oriented thinking.
