At Cadmus HQ, we’re doing a lot of great work at a rapid rate to create a profound impact on our world through the power of education. With Cadmus currently being used in 50+ countries, we’re looking for a Marketing Manager who is an exceptional communicator and brand curator to join our commercial team!

Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, the Marketing Manager will be responsible for:

  • Manage Cadmus’ brand narrative at every touch point through exceptional communications across all publicly-facing channels and assets.
  • Generate high-value, engaging communications content developed in collaboration with Cadmus’ university partners to increase our brand awareness and perceived brand value in the higher education sector across all owned channels and assets including; email campaigns, case studies, blog posts, thought leadership articles and research papers.
  • Produce quarterly product and company updates for Cadmus users across the various stakeholder levels to support new feature awareness, adoption and user retention on the platform.
  • Support the sales team with tender writing and strategic communications materials to convert prospective customers into secured new business.
  • Write and publish public relations news articles based on company updates and impactful changes within the higher education landscape.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with leading higher education journalists across Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom and the United States of America.
  • Work in partnership with the graphic designer to manage and enhance Cadmus’ social media presence through pre-planned curated content that increases engagement, account following and lead generation.
  • Produce quarterly business updates for shareholders and board members, and support Cadmus’ Advisory Board in quarterly meetings through meeting minutes and follow-up communications materials.

Professional Skills and Requirements

  • Bachelor of Marketing, Communications or Journalism (essential)
  • 5+ years’ experience in a sophisticated B2B marketing role (essential)
  • A strong portfolio of varying communications pieces i.e. thought leadership and press releases (essential)
  • Highly articulate written and verbal communication skills with an attention to detail (essential)

Prior Exposure to Marketing Platforms

  • CRM Systems, preferably HubSpot
  • Google Analytics Certified
  • CMS Systems, preferably WordPress and Elementor
