About the role
As a Spray Painter at Carma, you’ll get to take on the chance to work on rapid repairs for Carma Vehicles going through the reconditioning process! You will have an eye for detail and enjoy working at a fast pace to achieve excellent results.

Responsibilities

  • Complete paint repairs for all Carma cars that require paintwork
  • Colour matching and mixing
  • Preparing vehicles for the paint process including masking, filling and colour matching
  • Supervising and training apprentices
  • Always looking for ways to improve the painting process and improve efficiency
  • Complete all work to a high standard

About You

  • Experience as an automotive spray painter
  • Australian driving licence
  • Tradesperson certificate
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with a water-based paint system would be a bonus!
  • Tech savvy - comfortable working with an iPad to update work orders
