About the role
As a fitter at Carma, you will have the chance to work with a wide range of makes and models of cars. Join our reconditioning team, where you'll be responsible for fitting and stripping vehicles alongside our mechanical and paint teams.
Responsibilities
- Disassemble car body parts and assist with preparation for repairs
- Re-fitting parts and panels once the repair work has been completed
- Work alongside Technicians, Painters and PDR Technicians to move vehicles through the reconditioning process
- Standard working hours: Monday to Friday from 6 am to 2 pm
About you
- 1 year of experience in the automotive industry
- Strong technical knowledge of the automotive structure and car body parts ideal
- Skilled in the use of hand and power tools
- Australian driving licence
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Tech savvy - comfortable working with an iPad to update work orders
