What you'll be doing

Deliver top-quality paint and repair solutions using efficient, innovative methods.
Provide accurate job timings and material estimates to keep projects running smoothly.
Prepare vehicles for painting, ensuring precision with masking, filling, and colour matching.
Lead and mentor apprentices, helping them develop their skills and reach their potential.
Be a key team player, assisting with vehicle prep and repairs when needed.

Okay, let’s talk about you:

Experience: At least 1 year as a qualified Vehicle Painter
Tech-Savvy: Quick to learn and comfortable navigating diagnostic tools and systems.
Problem Solver: Thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
Team Player: Great communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
Driver’s Licence: A current NSW licence with the ability to drive manual and automatic vehicles.
