\nCustomer First Continuous Improvement: Champion a user-centric mindset to drive process improvement initiatives, proposing and implementing strategies to drive product improvements that enhance user experience through various channels, such as e-learning course creation, community platforms, and documentation.

\nProduct Development Support: Provide crucial insights into our developer experience during the product development lifecycle, from concept to validation, build, post-launch enablement and iterations.

\nProduct Documentation: Facilitate the creation of comprehensive and well-structured technical product documentation, including feature specifications, user guides, and technical documentation. Facilitate knowledge sharing across teams.

Have you ever used a UI, API, SDK, or CLI and thought to yourself, that was easy; I enjoyed that? As a Product Specialist, you are leading the facilitation of designing a great developer experience.

Who you are…

You are a detailed technical creative determining and refining a product's form and features. Exploring the complexity of what makes a good developer experience will be a key to changing how software gets made.

You understand that experience should always come first in any new software product or technology development idea. Before writing a single line of code, it should be possible to articulate the end-to-end experiences of a given feature.
