Heidi is looking for a driven Sales Intern to join our team selling our AI assistant product Second. As a Sales Intern, you will gain meaningful sales experience and have the opportunity to transition into a full-time sales role.

What you'll do:

  • Research and identify potential customers and decision-makers at companies in target industries.

  • Perform outbound prospecting through cold emails and calls to generate interest in Second.

  • With the Second leads, Founder and Product Manager to schedule product demos.

  • Attend sales meetings and demos, take notes, and provide support.

  • Track prospecting efforts and engagement in CRM, logging all notes, activities and updating lead status.

  • Gather customer feedback and market insights to share with product and marketing teams.

  • Monitor industry news, trends, and competitors and share competitive intel.

  • Strong communication skills and comfort conducting cold outreach.

  • Self-motivated with an action bias and ability to operate in ambiguity.

  • Fast learner who is adaptable, innovative, and excited to work on cutting-edge products.

  • Passionate about sales with an entrepreneurial spirit.
