Heidi Scribe transcribes consultations to generate clinical notes, documents and next-step actions. Heidi Assistant takes patient histories as they book an appointment or are in the pharmacy script queue. These tools are being stitched into a platform that will define a new mode of providing healthcare.

The Role

We are looking for a Product Marketing Lead to join our Marketing team as we launch & scale Heidi, our clinical AI tools.

You are a Head of/Product Marketing Lead who is an expert in their craft in the marketing of SaaS products from 0-1, driving top-of-funnel growth with creative content and storytelling during product launches. We are looking for a master of the Product Marketing craft, someone who can bring a product to life in the eyes of the end users and convert them to customers who love us. You will be able to bridge the gap between product, GTM and customer needs effortlessly and turn product marketing into solving real-world problems for the end users. You thrive in challenging situations, and you appreciate the dynamics of a flexible, flat-structured work environment. You quickly grasp the nuances and complexities of developing AI products in healthcare in Australia and internationally. Previous experience in healthcare is not essential.

What you'll do:

A storyteller, a generalist Marketing Lead with a focus on Product, you must be expert in your craft in execution yet adopt strategic leadership responsibilities. This person should create compelling content, simplify offerings, and drive top-of-funnel growth. Experience in 0-1 product teams or as a past founder experience would be a bonus.

  • Ownership & execution of Product Marketing strategy end to end to win product releases with storytelling and leading creative and innovative campaigns

  • Work closely with the founding team, Product leads, Marketing and GTM with a narrative connecting with the end user so they fall in love with our AI tools

  • Develop & curate compelling content to drive top-of-funnel growth as a strategic GTM initiative

  • Stakeholder collaboration with internal stakeholders, such as product, marketing, sales and customer success to understand customer needs

  • Industry/Craft expertise, quick to grasp the health tech space and proactive in staying up to date with industry trends, competitors, best practices, and emerging technologies.

What we'll look for:

  • Someone with a passion for product marketing, bringing a product purist’s mindset to everything they do (ideally you’ll have 5+ years of product marketing experience).

  • Solid understanding as an expert in Product Lead Marketing/Growth and how to scale SaaS products 0-1

  • A creative and compelling story-teller who has run multiple product launches driving top-of-funnel growth

  • A hands-on yet strategic executor who can operate in a scrappy startup environment without the need for the structure of a large team.

  • Excellent execution and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.

  • You love getting into the nitty gritty details of complex projects and don’t let anything fall through the cracks.

  • Strong creative and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively interact with cross-functional teams and external partners.

  • Unafraid to get your hands dirty to solve a wide range of shifting challenges and priorities - you need to be comfortable wearing a few different hats.

  • Self-starting mindset with high degree of autonomy and ownership in task execution.
