What you’ll be doing…

As the Onboarding associate you will be responsible for the recruitment and engagement of our Care Professionals (Nurses and Caregivers) to ensure Homage can deliver on the operational requirements in a timely manner.

This is the perfect entry level role to take your first steps in an exciting, fast-growing business.

You will..

• Facilitate the timely onboarding of Care Professionals by supporting them through each onboarding stage which includes interviewing, documentation uploading and obtaining of Police Checks and ABN numbers;
• Re-engage with our newly onboarded Care Professionals;
• Manage and maintain accurate data in our CRM System;
• Assisting management with the preparation of customer communication materials;
• Support in ad-hoc tasks and projects.

Skills you will need…

• Experience in a customer service role, operations, recruitment or community engagement
• Clear and engaging communication skills in person, on the phone and in writing
• A good level of IT competence (ie. Google Suite)
• Ability to work autonomously and remain motivated
