What you’ll be doing…

The Senior Care Advisory Associate will support the department with two major components of the Homage experience, one, assisting and advising families across Australia on their care needs with our most suitable service and second, ensuring the needs of our clients are deeply met to drive increased adoption and retention. The individual is responsible for guiding the B2C team and managing the customer requests and expectations at every touchpoint.

You will..

  • Manage and perform sales conversion of B2C leads
  • Client retention and incidents management
  • Increase CO App Adoption Rate
  • Work cross functionally with the operation team to ensure delivery of quality care

With guidance from the head of department:

  • Set up and drive Government Funded demand acquisition channel
  • On-going improvement of existing workflows based on performance and targets, i.e., sales script optimisation
  • Deliver key business insights, i.e, conversion and fulfilment challenges, backed by data on a weekly bases, ideally with proposed root cause and solution
  • Lead and drive the growth of the NDIS segment once Homage become NDIS registered

Skills you will need…

  • Basic knowledge of Google Suite/Microsoft Office is essential (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
  • Knowledge of Hubspot or other CRM softwares is preferred
  • Experienced with VOIP phone systems such as Justcall and demonstrated professional communication with internal and external stakeholders
  • Solution-oriented and able to understand the importance of accountability, ownership & over-communicate
  • Receptive to constructive criticism and open to coaching
  • Highly communicative, energetic, loves building relationships and rapport with others and in general a people-person
