We are looking for a Market Coordinator to join our dynamic team and play a crucial role in supporting our Market Managers and our ever-expanding network of partners.
Here's what you'll do:
Portfolio Management:
- Assist the Market Manager in managing the portfolio of Hosting Partners.
- Ensure partners are meeting their performance targets and KPIs.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze review trends and guest feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare comprehensive reports for Monthly Business Reviews (MBR) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR).
Support and Escalation:
- Deliver outstanding service to partners, responding to their needs promptly and efficiently.
- Assist the Hosting Partners with various tasks to help suppliers provide a 5-star experience for our guests.
- Handle and resolve support tickets efficiently.
- Assist in escalating issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.
- Monitor Slack and HubSpot tickets to ensure timely responses and resolutions.
- Establish and nurture hosting partner relationships across various markets.
Collaboration:
- Work with various internal and external teams to address and resolve escalated issues.
- Communicate effectively with hosting partners to provide support and ensure satisfaction.
The Ideal Candidate:
- 2-3 years of professional experience in short-term property management, ideal but not required
- Prior client-facing experience in marketplace platforms related to logistics, hospitality, or service industries, with a demonstrated ability to drive partner success through exceptional behavior, will be highly considered.
- Strong ability to independently prioritize work and achieve goals.
- Innovative mindset with a fearless approach to proposing new ideas and strategies, even if it means learning from mistakes.
