The Change Manager - Transformation reports to the Head of Transformation Office (HT) and is a member of the Transformation Office (TO), supporting the setting, driving and delivery of the transformation outcomes - in particular to ensure consistent engagement of transformation program participants, and the company broadly, on the transformation program.
Some of the awesome things you’ll be involved with:
Working closely with the Head of Transformation to develop, manage, own and execute on strategic change management and communication activities related to the company strategy
Analyse the success of change and communication activities to identify and implement improvements
Monitors change plans and identifies change execution risks
Drive the change management required for the successful execution of the Transformation program, particularly through driving the transformation execution methodology and communications across the business
Support the Head of Transformation Office in ensuring that key transformation office activities are identified, sequenced and delivered within agreed timescales
Collaborate closely with the Communications Team to provide compelling messaging to effectively influence key stakeholders to drive transformation outcomes through a structured communication plan
What you will bring:
At least 3-5 years of Change Management experience in major transformation initiatives within financial services
Strong stakeholder management, ability to build effective working relationships with key stakeholders from various levels
Strong analytical and problem solving skills with demonstrated ability to quickly gather, analyse and synthesise information
Proven track record for delivering against targets
Excellent communication, relationship building and networking skil
