What You’ll Own

• Mobile Product Vision: Define and own the roadmap for our React Native mobile apps on iOS and Android, aligning with our overall business and growth objectives.
• Technical Leadership: Architect scalable, performant solutions; leveraging React Native core, while diving into native modules in Swift/Objective-C and Kotlin/Java as needed.
• Startup-Style Ownership: Act as an early team member with “owner’s DNA,” making strategic decisions, iterating quickly, and wearing multiple hats to drive product and technical milestones.
• ASO & Growth Strategy: Lead end-to-end App Store Optimisation; keyword strategy, metadata A/B testing, asset creation, and performance analysis, to boost discoverability and downloads.
• Monetisation Framework: Design and optimise revenue models, including in-app purchases, subscriptions, ad integrations, and novel monetisation experiments. Track ARPU, LTV, and other KPIs, and iterate to maximise ROI.

Who You Are

• Startup Co-Founder Mentality: You thrive in ambiguity, move fast with limited resources, and treat every challenge as an opportunity to own and deliver.
• Seasoned React Native Expert: 4+ years building production RN apps, with a deep understanding of its internals.
• Native Development Proficiency: Fluent in Swift/Objective-C and Kotlin/Java; comfortable writing low-level, high-performance native modules.
• ASO & Growth Hacker: Demonstrated success in boosting app store rankings and downloads using tools like App Annie, Sensor Tower, MobileAction, or similar.
• Monetisation Strategist: Proven track record in architecting IAP, subscription models, and ad integrations to drive meaningful revenue.
• Data-Obsessed: Expert with analytics platforms (Firebase, Amplitude, Mixpanel) to derive insights, set experiments, and measure impact.
• Exceptional Communicator: You can clearly articulate vision, trade-offs, and technical approaches both in writing and in cross-functional settings.
