We are looking for a passionate, collaborative and highly motivated Performance Marketing Manager to join our ever-expanding growth team. In this role, you will live and breathe all things performance & growth marketing, bringing to the team a keen eye for innovation and an innate determination to achieve success across all channels. Using data to make informed optimisation and growth decisions will be an inherent part of your performance playbook and you will approach challenges with curiosity and a solutions focused mindset.

As the Performance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for managing the core paid performance channels to deliver on growth targets, seek new innovations to automate process and design data projects to improve efficiency and growth opportunities. You will collaborate closely with the wider growth team to gain insights on customer behavior, and build the foundations of your new user acquisition approach. Using Data, you will define optimal targets and strategies to deliver growth through Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok and other paid performance channels and execute effective, measurable and incrementality driving tests to drive continued improvements.
