A day in the life of a Lendi Home Loan Consultant

You’ll connect with a national customer base by phone, leveraging our revolutionary Platform to deliver seamless, exceptional customer experiences.

Not only will our working model allow you to work flexibly from anywhere in Australia, but it will also unlock the potential to supercharge your income by capitalising on our industry-leading support infrastructure.

Say goodbye to cold prospecting and processing paperwork! Our sales and marketing team take care of lead generation, customer pre-qualification, and appointment setting, while our specialised team of Client Solutions experts take your deals all the way from submission to settlement. This frees you to focus on what you do best – directly helping customers with their lending needs and building your book in the process!


To be a successful Lendi Home Loan Consultant you will need:

  • A Certificate IV and/or Diploma in Finance & Mortgage Broking + current membership with the MFAA or FBAA - if you don’t have either of these, we will guide you on how to obtain them

  • 1-2+ years experience as a mortgage broker or lender

  • Proven solution-based sales experience and a passion for building strong customer relationships

  • Unwavering commitment to helping customers achieve their home ownership dreams
