Leveraging on our technology platform, we are an approved provider that specialise in self-management. We partner with our customers to create unique support plans that meet their needs and optimise their funds, making the most out of their Home Care Package (HCP). An exciting opportunity exists to join our team as an Operations Administration Assistant. In this role you will work with our Payments and Claims Team and be responsible for completing high volumes of data processing as well as other ad hoc administrative duties.
This is a junior role and a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to kick-start their career within an emerging health-tech business whilst balancing out your studies, study break, care or hobbies.
The role will be a Part-Time (3 month contract role), you will be required to work 3 days per week (ideally Wednesday, Thursday and Friday). Please note we have a hybrid working setup so you will have the opportunity to work from home and our Sydney CBD office.
To be successful in this role, you will be passionate and a real go-getter. You’ll have the ability to roll up your sleeves and process high volumes of work with ease and efficiency. You’ll be curious, eager to learn and ask lots of questions along the way.

Day to day will see you

  • Data entry processing large volumes of customer invoices
  • Electronically uploading documentation to various systems
  • Weekly collection of physical letters for scanning and uploading
  • Responding to customer and service provider enquiries
  • General support across the wider Operations team as required
  • Working with a collaborative team

Skills and experience

  • Be enthusiastic with a "can do" attitude and the desire to learnHave high attention to detail
  • Be computer literate, with the ability to learn new computer systems quickly
  • Strong written and verbal communicationYou enjoy working towards goals, deadlines and weekly KPIs
  • You are reliable and enjoy working autonomously but also as part of a small team
