About the Role
As a Digital Designer at Mindset Health, you’ll bring ideas to life — from concept to delivery — creating high-impact visuals that connect with our audiences and elevate our brand.
You’ll work across a wide range of touchpoints including marketing campaigns, web, brand assets, and marketing collateral.

This is a hands-on, collaborative role that blends creativity, strategy, and empathy — designing with purpose and always with the user in mind.
Our team follows a hybrid model working out of our office in Cremorne, so we'd love to see applications from those based in (or willing to relocate to) Melbourne.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design engaging digital experiences across marketing and product — including landing pages, campaign assets, social content, event collateral, and more
- Collaborate closely with content, marketing, and cross-functional teams to create scalable, user-first design solutions
- Translate complex ideas into clean, accessible, and visually compelling creative
- Own and evolve the brand’s visual language while ensuring consistency across touchpoints
- Prepare print-ready files and manage vendor coordination for physical assets
- Stay curious: keep up with trends, experiment with new ideas, and bring innovation to how we tell stories visually
- Manage multiple projects efficiently, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with deadlines
What You’ll Bring to the Role:
- Proven experience in digital design, with a portfolio that demonstrates versatility and high-quality work across platforms
- Strong command of design fundamentals, brand systems, and user-centered design thinking
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (motion design is a plus!)
- A strategic mindset: able to connect design decisions to broader business goals
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills — comfortable sharing rationale and responding to feedback
- Adaptability and a proactive, curious mindset – ready to jump into evolving priorities
- Passion for creating designs that don’t just look great but truly serve people’s needs
