We’re now on the hunt for a Data/Analytics Engineer — someone who’s excited by data infrastructure, thrives on turning ambiguity into insights, and is ready to dive deep into both quick-turnaround analysis and longer-term data engineering initiatives.
About the Role
This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of our data systems, working at the intersection of product, engineering, and analytics. You’ll be responsible for building reliable data pipelines, modeling clean and trustworthy datasets, and making data truly actionable across the business.
We’re looking for someone who loves exploring what’s possible, takes initiative, and wants to stretch across the full spectrum of analytics engineering — from ad hoc deep-dives to the design of high-quality data foundations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Own, design, and maintain clean, scalable data models (using dbt + SQL) that power analytics, reporting, and product insights
- Ensure our data platform is compliant with standards like GDPR and HIPAA
- Translate business questions into data pipelines and actionable solutions — including QA and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Product, Engineering, and Commercial to understand and refine their data needs
- Identify data quality issues and work with software engineers to solve them upstream
- Build and monitor data pipelines, manage schema changes, and handle pipeline orchestration
- Use Python (and optionally explore AI tools) to support advanced analysis or data tasks
- Balance short-term ad hoc reporting with long-term scalable data architecture
- Drive adoption of analytics tools and self-serve reporting — helping teams understand and engage with data
What You’ll Bring to the Role:
- 4–5+ years in analytics, analytics engineering, or data roles with strong stakeholder collaboration
- Fluency in SQL, dbt, and data modeling best practices — and opinions on what “good” looks like
- Hands-on experience with Google BigQuery and modern data infrastructure
- A development mindset: strong QA instincts, curious about how things work, and keen to improve systems
- Comfortable jumping between quick analysis, reporting, and building long-term scalable solutions
- Experience with data visualisation tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Mode, etc.) and enabling self-serve data for teams
- Familiarity with Python — or a desire to deepen it, especially in AI-related applications
- Clear communicator who can play back requirements and give visibility across the data journey
- Bonus: Experience working in healthtech, product analytics, or startup/scale-up environments
