About the position

This role contributes to the success of Moula by acting as the first point of contact for finance brokers and clients, primarily via telephone contact. Providing expert assistance at all stages of the loan and payments cycle, from the initial sales enquiry to approval right through to settlement of the loan.

This role utilises sales and business retention skills to get a win/win situation for our clients, and our broker partners.

The position has a hybrid approach where you have the option of working from home but are also required to be in our Melbourne office 2-3 days per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing inbound enquiries for new and existing clients and assist with managing broker relationships.
  • Efficient processing of loan and payment applications within company policy.
  • Liaising with broker partners, Business Development Managers and clients to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Look for opportunities and network to foster future referrals for the growth of the business, primarily with broker partners.
  • Review credit decisions/outcomes always seeking enhancements.
  • Have a thorough knowledge of our internal credit policies and be able to articulate clearly and simply to all stakeholders.
  • Achieving relevant individual KPI’s (sales performance metrics)
  • Maintaining strong data hygiene through CRM management (Salesforce)
  • Manage applications across all sales channels of the business.
  • Acting as the main conduit between the client/ finance broker, BDM and credit to ensure an optimal level of service is provided at all times.

About you

  • Proven experience in direct/phone sales with a successful track record is a must. Previous broker experience preferred.
