  • Own the full lifecycle of key products of the Open platform from strategy setting through to roadmapping and execution
  • Lead innovation in their area and regularly evaluate and deliver new and novel ideas
  • Empathise with customers and partners and represent them in the squad

As a Principal Product Manager at Open, you will be given the autonomy to drive outsized impact, and be able to explore both individual contributor and people leadership opportunities along the way.

What you’ll do

We are seeking a tenacious, experienced Product Manager that is excited to drive a revolution in Open’s customer support experience.

In this role, you will have the mandate to reimagine Open’s end to end experience, leveraging GenAI and cutting edge Contact Centre technologies.

You will be directly responsible for leading a cross-functional team of designers, engineers and data scientists to deliver on your vision. In the process, you will create and deliver a blueprint that helps Open expand its customer support model into new geographies and new insurance products.

You will report directly to Open’s Chief Product Officer.

Alongside these core responsibilities, you will be given the chance to explore broader delivery and people leadership opportunities. This might see you oversee another, related squad, or coach and train other product managers.
