Are you a creative, data-driven digital marketer? Do you have a flair for creating compelling and creative content? Do you love geeking about the data and evidence underpinning effective campaigns? Do you want to work with some of the best and brightest, creating for a community we all know and love?

At Ordermentum, our purpose is to create a more sustainable food and beverage industry by helping venues and suppliers trade smarter. Since launching in 2014, we’ve grown a massive network of 40k of your favourite cafes, restaurants, and bars (almost half the venues in the country!), ordering $1b+ a year from over 850 local wholesale suppliers. In September 2023, we announced a new capital raise and our acquisition of the Foodbomb business to extend our market-leading position further.

To date, we’ve massively undersold the value Ordermentum brings customers in managing their orders, facilitating payments, and discovering new products and services that save real people time and money. Working within our Growth team, you’ll help us change that. Your work will directly impact positioning Ordermentum as the most important, trusted technology this industry has ever seen.

What You'll Do:

Our approach to growth might not be what you’re used to, but it is industry-leading. We’re big fans of Elena Verna, Leah Tharin, Kyle Poyar, and other product-led growth savants (you should see our podcast club!). Your potential impact and growth at Ordermentum are limitless, and you’ll start with a clear mission to elevate our campaigning.

  • You’ll champion how we craft campaigns for our network - creating engaging content that drives value for our customers through proper messaging, timing, and execution of multi-channel campaigns.
  • Apply an experimentation mindset to marketing campaigns to drive, test, learn, and optimise. Continuously conducting A/B testing across all channels.
  • Create and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful campaign delivery.
  • Continuously monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics to optimise performance and ROI as well as provide ongoing reporting and campaign insights to key stakeholders.

This is a hands-on role, so experience writing simple, compelling content for emails, landing pages, or in-app messages is a must.

What You'll Have:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital, growth, or product marketing, and be experienced in creating campaigns from ideation to driving customer engagement.

  • Copywriting and design skills and being able to create engaging content for different channels.
  • Ability to analyse data and develop actionable insights to be planned and implemented.
  • Detail-oriented mindset, able to manage multiple projects to meet deadlines
  • Experience in managing stakeholder expectations and fostering collaboration across both technical and non-technical teams to drive measured success
  • A love of testing and learning to understand how to continuously optimise your campaigns for customer attention, conversion, and retention.
  • Experience using campaign management and product analytics tools - we use Braze and Mixpanel, but experience with similar tools is great.
  • Data-driven, use data to measure results and inform decision-making.

This is a hands-on role, so experience writing simple, compelling content for emails, landing pages, or in-app messages is a must

Would be nice if you had:

  • Passion for, or experience in, the hospitality industry
  • Experience working with B2B SaaS in a Growth, Digital, or Product marketing role.
  • Understand the delicate balance between high-conversion marketing communications language, technical writing, conversational quotes, and video scripts
  • Experience in marketing or product communications to SME business owners (like cafe owners)
  • An understanding of how to optimise content and campaigns to succeed in the market

In Return, You'll Get:

  • An attractive salary package, including participation in the Employee Share Option Plan
  • Ongoing support in your learning and development
  • Work in a small yet highly capable team focussed on interesting, meaningful industry problems
  • Great office centrally located in Surry Hills, surrounded by great cafes which we take regular advantage of, with flexibility in balancing in-office and remote working days
  • Plus working in Food & Bev usually means lots of treats!
  • We are a WORK180 Endorsed Employer for all women
  • Compelling benefits, including You Do You Day - one day off a quarter & annual well-being allowance

While we value your support, we are going to recruit this one direct. Therefore, there are no recruiters at this time.
