Role Overview
We are seeking a versatile, generalist B2B marketer with a proven background in managing diverse channel strategies and complex projects. Ideally, the candidate has experience across various B2B environments. The role requires expertise in building and executing campaigns, tracking performance metrics, and leveraging insights to optimize results. A self-starter with a strong track record of meeting deadlines and reporting on campaign outcomes, this individual will focus on developing scalable strategies to enhance our brand awareness while refining initiatives to drive engagement and growth.
This is a part-time position (2-3 days per week, Monday to Wednesday) with the opportunity to start in early February 2025. Initially, the role will assist with covering maternity leave for the CMO, though it is a permanent position. The candidate may occasionally act as an extension of the CMO, supporting strategic planning as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Support:
- Assist the sales team with ad hoc projects and materials.
- Marketing Launch Plans:
- Manage marketing launch plans for large partnership customers.
- Attend weekly customer meetings, draft launch plans, and oversee execution.
- Content Development:
- Create and update materials for launch toolkits.
- Support existing partners with requests, including drafting articles and marketing materials (as requested by the Customer Success team).
- Content Strategy:
- Manage the monthly blog and content calendar for external audiences.
- Oversee the social media content plan.
- Support with the development of whitepapers or other resources for leads.
- Campaign Execution:
- Implement targeted campaigns for key customer groups, including account-based marketing initiatives.
- Event Management:
- Support conferences and events, including submissions, logistics, and attendance (if required).
- Customer Success Support:
- Provide ad hoc assistance to the customer success team based on customer requests.
- Testimonial Collection:
- Gather written, voice, and video testimonials for use on the website and with customers.
- Plan and execute professional testimonial videos with our production agency when required.
- PR:
- Develop and execute PR strategies to increase brand visibility, including drafting press releases, managing media outreach, and building relationships with key industry publications.
Requirements:
Attributes: Working in a startup environment, must have the ability to manage projects autonomously and deliver quality results on time.
Experience: 3-5 years in marketing, with a focus on B2B marketing.
Location: Based on the West Coast of the United States.
Industry Knowledge: Experience in digital health, insurance, employee benefits, or related fields is highly desirable.
Skills:
PR experience (preferred but not required).
Proficiency in WordPress.
