The Role

You will be joining a close-knit, collaborative and supportive Professional Services team. The consultants within this team are primarily tasked with successfully delivering implementation projects to customers globally.

With a reputation for excellence, our dedicated Professional Services team truly partner with customers to deliver quality, client-centric solutions.

PageUp delivers best-in-class configuration and consultation throughout the project implementation stages of Configuration, User Acceptance Testing, Go Live support, and Stabilisation.

You will:

  • Consult with customers to successfully implement and configure PageUp solutions based on a combination of business requirements and industry best practice recommendations

  • Communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences, liaising between our customers, PageUp SME’s and third parties to facilitate customer requirements

  • Empower clients through the implementation process to ensure they are in a position to get the most out of PageUp's solution post-Go-live

  • Ensure customers are confident in using the PageUp system and set up for success

About You

  • Previous experience in customer-facing and consulting roles

  • Client-centric - You exist to make your customers and stakeholders successful, whatever it takes

  • Ability to build rapport with a variety of stakeholders through clear, concise, and timely communication

  • You enjoy problem-solving and really understanding the factors that drive business processes and decisions

  • Contributing to, and collaborating in a team environment comes naturally to you. Learning from others, whilst sharing your knowledge with everyone is essential to your success.

  • Proactive - You are an accountable individual who takes responsibility for positive outcomes

  • Experience or exposure to Talent Management or Recruitment would be advantageous but not essential
