About You

Immerse yourself in the dynamic world of project management with PageUp, a leading innovator in talent management solutions. As a seasoned professional ready to take the next step, your confidence in managing multiple projects aligns perfectly with our vision. Your expertise in project management processes and methodologies, coupled with your passion for facilitation and consulting, positions you as a key player in ensuring the seamless delivery of a diverse portfolio of implementation projects.

 

A clear leader, you enjoy providing guidance to others and collaborating with them to achieve the shared goal of creating a solution that exceeds client expectations. Experience with the Agile methodology/PRINCE2 will accelerate your ability to master this role.

 

The Role

  • Lead and manage a portfolio of implementation projects to ensure the successful delivery of projects based on agreed project plans

  • To successfully implement PageUp solutions, through the coaching, teaching & consulting of clients, and the empowerment of implementation partners

  • Ensure consistency when delivering projects both locally and remotely

  • Facilitate workshops and sessions across teams and with clients to support the overall delivery, providing regular updates to relevant stakeholders

  • Use your excellent communication skills both written and verbal, influencing skills and your strong ability to build rapport to develop meaningful stakeholder relationships

  • Manage and track resource expenditure, milestone management, budgets, and timelines

While experience in a SaaS environment is advantageous, it's not a prerequisite. Exposure to the HR/Talent/Recruitment space is a plus, but your unwavering enthusiasm and commitment to excellence are what will truly set you apart in this exciting opportunity with PageUp.
