Supporting sell feel good in a fully automated package

How would you go with supporting and operationalising sales in an impactful, ever-changing environment, could we be for you?

Here’s how you’ll do that:

• support the sales team with various administrative tasks including owning the Deal Desk function, maintaining client information within HubSpot, arranging regular meetings with the sales team, and providing support to the broader, newly created, Growth Operations team
• create and maintain technical documentation including standard operating procedures, user guides, knowledge base articles, and system configurations
  
• collaborate with Sales and Growth Ops leadership to streamline sales processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness

This is what you’ll need to do it:

• ideally some proven experience in sales, or operations within a technology SaaS company
• experience with CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot)
• an understanding of a deals desk / providing contract support for sales teams is ideal
