Key aspects of this role

This role will be a trusted advisor to the CEO, Founders, Head of Operations and the entire leadership team.

  • Processes - Key in creating and implementing our key people processes such as KPI scorecards, performance reviews, 1:1s etc and hold managers and the team accountable.
  • Policies & procedures - Responsible for creating and maintaining all company policies and procedures and complying with legislation across Australia and the UK.
  • Recruitment - Manage the end to end recruitment process with assistance from key stakeholders in the business dependant on the role we’re hiring for. You’ll also maintain a strong candidate pool for certain roles.
  • Onboarding & Ongoing learning - We put a heavy emphasis on a thorough onboarding, it’s really important to us. This will be yours to further develop and maintain.
  • Social & Culture - Organising and planning team events and cultural calendar (online & in-person)

  • Experience - People & Culture or People/HR background at a high growth startup / environment
  • Policies - experience with Australia policies and bonus if experience with UK policies, payroll etc with ability to deliver advice on a range of HR issues

Compensation

  • $90 - 120k (+ super), negotiable depending on experience
  • We set you up with the computer equipment you need to be successful at remote working.
