Key aspects of this role

  • Lead development and engagement > create and manage lead lists for Aus/NZ, UK and other regions. Responsible for adding new leads via research, LinkedIn and other software tools.
  • Sales Software > Maintain data in our CRM and sales software (Hubspot (CRM), LinkedIn Sales Nav (prospecting), Lusha (B2B database), Gong (call recording/coaching)) & implement any new software.
  • Data > Review and develop Sales data dashboards + maintain pipeline hygiene. Ensure data quality across leads and CRM.
  • SDR > Assist the team in creating pipeline by cold calling, booking meetings for sales team/organising calendars.
  • Marketing collaboration > Assist the sales team in any marketing related activities and preparation (emails, campaigns, including newsletters, events prep etc)

You’re ideal for the role if you have…

  • Sales Admin/Ops/SDR experience > Experience in previous sales roles
  • Sales Software Experience > Basic understanding of CRM software and Sales tools (Hubspot knowledge is a bonus)
  • Attention to detail > you take pride in accurate data hygiene and keeping your house in order.
  • Personal responsibility & sense of urgency > you’re results-obsessed & biased towards action
  • A growth mindset > we’re always hungry to improve and want you to contribute to this

Compensation

  • $70,000 - $100,000 + Super (salary based on experience)
  • Computer equipment allowance to ensure you have everything you need to be successful working remotely

  • If successful, we will check references & make you an offer!
