Key aspects of this role

  • Lead Generation > Identify and establish high-quality leads for our Account Execs.
  • Booking Meetings > Lock in meetings with high-value potential customers via phone, social media, email and in-person outbound activity
  • Face of the Business > Actively promote ProcurePro, network with industry, attend and present at industry events
  • Systems we use > Hubspot (CRM), LinkedIn Sales Nav (prospecting), Teams (video calls), Lusha (B2B database), Gong (call recording/coaching), Salesforce (outbound)

  • Track record > Proven success in prospecting, connecting with and booking meetings with potential clients
  • Fearless > You will need to be relentless, resilient and tenacious
  • Exceptional communicator > Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Personal responsibility & sense of urgency > you’re results-obsessed & biased towards action
  • Enterprise experience > Comfortable speaking with enterprise customers & Senior stakeholders
  • A growth mindset > we’re always hungry to improve and want you to contribute to this
  • Construction industry experience > this isn’t essential but it’s a huge bonus if you have prior domain knowledge of construction or construction-technology

Compensation

  • $70-85k + commission + Super (salary based on experience)
  • Computer equipment allowance to ensure you have everything you need to be successful working remotely

  • Successful applicants will have a longer call to get into the details of your experience and nature of the role [~ 1 hour]

  • Assessment presentation and discussion call [1+ hour]
  • If successful, we will check references & make you an offer!

All our interviews are recorded and shared internally with the CEO and hiring manager for the role. Recordings are then deleted once a hire has been made. We do this so that our team can make non-biased decisions on candidates to progress by watching an interview for themselves
