Key aspects of this role
  • True Product Management - This is not a Product Owner or Business Analyst role. This is a true Product Manager role in the Marty Cagan sense of the word. You’ll be personally engaging with customers & data, deep in the daily details with your team, contributing to vision / strategy / roadmap, and also expected to engage with all parts of our business.
  • Build deep customer understanding - Advocate for our customers and industry using qualitative and quantitative discovery tools. Lead with empathy, supported by data. No construction experience required.
  • Own your Roadmap - Define & drive product vision, strategy, and roadmap, aligning with company goals . Prioritise ruthlessly and transparently, while also listening and communicating in a way that inspires trust and builds relationships.
  • Solution Discovery & Delivery - Collaborate closely with a team of Engineers and Designers to look beneath the status quo, using product prototypes and experiments to create industry leading product experiences.
  • Ensure Value & Viability - Ensure your team’s solutions deliver value for our customers in a way that is also viable for our business. You will articulate and measure your product bets, breaking down vision into iterative releases that manage risk and accelerate your team’s learnings and results.
  • Support our Go-to-Market teams - Shipping is not enough. Winning is our customers using and getting value from what you build. You’ll work closely with our go-to-market teams to ensure your solutions are easy to market, sell, and support.
You’re ideal for the role if you have…
  • 3+ years experience as a Product Manager in a SaaS company (B2B or B2C) (essential)
  • Customer facing experience > You excel at engaging directly with customers to uncover opportunities. You’re skilled at distilling findings into clear, actionable insights to drive product decisions and enhance user experiences.
  • Builder & executer > you can wear multiple hats, whether it’s devising product strategy, creating processes, diving into data, or getting your hands dirty and executing change yourself.
  • Collaborative leadership > Proven ability to engage with stakeholders across teams, working closely with cross-functional teams to solve complex challenges, build alignment, and clearly communicate product vision and goals.
  • Driven significant growth > You have first hand experience in taking a SaaS product to the next level and understand what it takes for a startup/scaleup to get there.
  • Personal responsibility & sense of urgency > you’re results-obsessed & biased towards action.
  • A growth mindset > we’re always hungry to improve and want you to contribute to this.
  • Culture fit > That rare combination of confidence, competence, and humility. We love our humans smart, kind, hungry, and humble.
Our culture
  • Remote First - work from anywhere in Australia - we were remote-first before Covid, have established processes around collaboration/culture to ensure inclusiveness & engagement. We have social events & annual off-sites (in person).
  • Team First - we’re close knit, highly collaborative, actively help each other succeed (knowledge sharing, training) and develop our teams’ capabilities.
  • High Expectations - we’re self motivated, embrace velocity as our greatest advantage, take pride in what we do and push to reach our potential.
  • Radical Transparency - we believe in flat structures & sharing knowledge, everyone is privy to what happens day-to-day and nothing is hidden (i.e. company strategy, finances & all).
