RealRaise is a fintech startup developing a commercial real estate investing marketplace. Our customer, the individual investor, joins the RealRaise community to learn about and invest directly in institutional-quality private real estate deals. Our mission is to deliver the best online real estate investing experience and make it easy for individual investors to build wealth, diversify their portfolios and receive consistent income generation.

About the Role

RealRaise is offering an opportunity to be a part of the founding team and work with the existing founders to launch the MVP and build out a team. This venture is still in its early stages so there is the ability to come on in a part time capacity initially and transition to a full time position.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive business strategy.
• Originate and introduce private real estate investment firms.
• Business development and investor relations activities.
• To represent the brand with a strong technical understanding in commercial real estate
• To target direct wholesale investors as defined by the Corporations Act (Investors >$2.5m Assets or >$250k Income) and their investing entities.
• To build out a pipeline of suitable prospective investors with the capacity to invest in private real estate deals.
• To attend regular meetings and industry events with key potential investors.
• To manage relationships with both existing and potential investors, updating them on the firm's activities and performance.
• Create the foundation for the future direction of the organisation.

Ideal Candidate

• 4-7+ years of experience
• Proven track record in commercial real estate, funds management or capital raising
• A strong entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently
• To have vast experience across commercial real estate
• Experience working with wholesale products
• High-level written and verbal communication skills
