About the Role
\nThe B2B Marketing Lead / Manager works as part of the customer team reporting to Chief Customer Officer, to ensure RDC messaging is aligned for our audiences; customers, partners, and investors â both current and future. This is a global role with a current focus on Australia, New Zealand, and North America.
\nThe B2B Marketing Lead / Manager drives the profile of RDC, leveraging its key leadership team networks in order to grow the profile of RDC, and its products and platforms. This role is key to the RDC go to market capability role and connects RDC brands and platforms, and their associated messaging to its key markets. The role is also directly focused on the sales activities to assist in marketing and awareness for targeted accounts and prospects, and enablement of partners.

Key Accountabilities of the Role

- Develop and deliver a coordinated strategy for outbound market communications to promote and grow RDC profile and awareness, in order to grow RDC target market and also its associated unique value proposition. As part of activity there is input to, and tracking of, the marketing budget. \n
- Active management of all RDC social media and web sites properties. \n
- Define and drive positioning for relevant audiences through brand personalities, identify related content for association, and generate organic content as needed. \n
- Assist leadership team and product managers to produce relevant and regular outbound messaging, promoting the RDC brands and platforms. \n
- Leverage the RDC leadership networks to extend the reach of RDC communications. \n
- Involvement in all key product events (launches, announcements, customer successes, etc) and leverage these for outbound communications. \n
- Opportunity to learn and grow in a fast-changing global AI technology domain \n
- Additional Activities:\n

- Build ongoing and trusted relationships with RDC customers and partners. \n
- Coordinate and assist with event planning activities. \n
- Support with any new client proposals and presentations. \n
- Work with outsourced agencies including PR and creative agencies. \n

Key Responsibilities of the Role
\n- \n
- Lead the development and execution of marketing strategy, across owned, earned, and paid media. \n
- Measure the success of campaigns and make improvements for optimisation. \n
- Undertake research into brands and leads to support sales conversation. \n
- Manage RDC and key exec profiles on LinkedIn. \n
- Develop and coordinate email marketing, social media, written articles, and website content such as blogs, case studies, and reports. \n
- Manage a programme of online and in-person events (planning, execution and follow up). \n
- Coordinate RDC and co-branded events. \n
\n
Your Skills & Experience
\n- \n
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field. \n
- 6+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in SaaS and / or an AI focused organisation(s). \n
- Content writing experience. \n
- A team player with strong communication skills and ability to work across teams and support sales and marketing activities. \n
- Strong understanding and execution of digital marketing, content marketing, SEO, paid advertising, lead generation, and customer advocacy. \n
- Good working knowledge with software including or similar to;\n
- \n
- CMS tools such as WordPress \n
- CRM tools such as Hubspot \n
- graphics tools such as Canva, Affinity \n
- content tools such as Jasper.ai \n
\n - Able to work independently in a high-performing business environment. \n
