Job Description
Are you a seasoned Business Development or Account Manager with strong connections in the warehouse equipment and fit-out industry? Do you excel at building and nurturing business relationships?
As Shift’s Equipment Finance and Warehouse Fit-Out Specialist, you'll leverage our innovative finance solutions to develop and manage a network of suppliers in this space. Collaborating closely with internal teams, you’ll ensure our customers remain at the heart of everything we do. You'll also play a key role in strengthening our brand through industry events and finance sector presentations.
Main Responsibilities/Duties:
- Drive the distribution of Shift’s Equipment Line product to warehouse equipment and fit-out suppliers by building strong relationships, understanding their business objectives, and delivering tailored solutions for their success.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities by expanding your network across key target industries.
- Take full ownership of your activities to meet or exceed agreed targets.
- Partner with the project onboarding team to ensure seamless product implementation and successful rollouts for new clients.
- Assess opportunities from both sales and risk perspectives, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives.

Qualifications
Skills & Experience that set you apart:
- 2 years + Sales/Business Development experience, preferably within the warehouse equipment or fit-out industries.
- A self-starter with a strong track record of success in consultative sales.
- Finance experience is advantageous but not essential.
- Strong sales acumen with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
- Exceptional ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional presence.
- Proficient in using CRM systems for managing client relationships and sales pipelines.
