About the Role
We are seeking a CRM Manager to lead our customer relationship management initiatives across AU and UK, with a focus on lead nurture, automation, Zoho CRM, and analytics. The Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing Splends customer relationship management system. You will play a crucial role in optimizing customer interactions, improving customer satisfaction, and driving business growth.
The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and implementing automation workflows, leveraging Zoho CRM tools, and using data analytics to optimize CRM performance. Some of the key responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and implement CRM automation workflows to streamline processes and enhance customer engagement.
  • Leverage Zoho CRM tools to manage and maintain the customer database, create personalized communications, and monitor campaign performance.
  • Use data analytics to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in customer behaviour and develop targeted campaigns to improve engagement, retention, and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and customer service, to ensure seamless customer experiences and optimize the customer journey.
  • Continuously monitor and measure the effectiveness of CRM initiatives, using data to inform ongoing optimization.
  • Provide regular reports to senior management on CRM performance and recommend improvements to enhance results.
  • Oversee the implementation and management of Splend's CRM system.
  • Develop and execute CRM strategies that will improve customer relationships and drive sales.
  • Create and manage customer profiles and track customer interactions.
  • Identify and address customer pain points.
  • Develop and implement customer satisfaction surveys.
  • Train and support employees on CRM system usage and best practices.
  • Work with other departments to ensure that customer data is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest CRM trends and technologies.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a CRM Manager or similar role, with a focus on automation, Zoho CRM, and data analytics.
  • In-depth understanding of marketing principles, customer behaviour, and data analysis.
  • Expertise in Zoho CRM tools, including workflows, custom functions, reports, and dashboards.
  • Proficiency in automation tools, such as Zapier or Integromat, to integrate Zoho CRM with other business applications.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with experience in data analysis and visualization tools, such as Tableau, Excel, and Google Analytics.
  • Familiarity with relevant privacy and data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR – For our UK business)
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
