About the role:

We're on the lookout for a highly organised and proactive Office & Employee Experience Coordinator to provide essential support to our team. This multifaceted role will see you collaborating closely with all business units across the organisation as a valuable part of the People & Culture function. The role can be shaped to match your unique interests, background and strengths, but there are some key skills and experience you should already have when joining Superhero as Office & Employee Experience Coordinator: In this role, you will take charge of the day-to-day office operations, help organise events, provide support in initiatives that unite our employees, and foster a positive and vibrant company culture.

This is a part-time, in-office position. While the work schedule will be fixed, we are open to discussing and accommodating your preferences to create the best working environment for you.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day office operations: You'll be the heart of our office, ensuring it runs like a well-oiled machine. From managing our well-stocked office kitchen to maintaining the supplies, your attention to detail will keep our operations smooth.
  • Support People & Culture: Work with our People & Culture function to implement procedures and incentives that make our workplace an even better place to be.
  • Collaborate with the Social Committee: Join forces with our Social Committee to plan and execute exciting company events and activities.
  • Provide administrative support to the executive team: From time to time, our executives may rely on your organisational skills to help them stay on top of their game.
  • Ensure a positive Employee Experience and be a champion of our culture: Your mission will be to ensure that every employee has a seamless and positive experience at our company.

About you:

  • You have a passion for creating a positive and engaging workplace culture;
  • You have exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail;
  • You have excellent interpersonal skills and enjoy building relationships with colleagues and stakeholders;
  • You are a proactive self-starter you have a can-do attitude;
  • You are able to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism;
  • Any previous experience in office management, event planning, or related roles that you have will be viewed as a plus.
