About The Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Graduate Marketing Associate to join our dynamic marketing team. This role is designed for a recent graduate who would thrive in a fast-paced environment, is hungry to learn and eager to get hands-on experience with marketing tools. As a Graduate Marketing Associate, you will collaborate closely with senior marketing leaders and gain exposure to all aspects of marketing, with opportunities to gain hands-on experience in CRM, analytics, website editing tools and multi-channel content creation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels (CRM, website, social media, etc.).
  • Help manage and improve existing lifecycle marketing campaigns, including collaborating with the team to produce marketing assets (emails, in-app messages, push notifications).
  • Support the Content Lead with copywriting projects and initiatives.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas for marketing initiatives and campaigns.
  • Assist in running A/B tests across all platforms to understand the behaviour of our audience.
  • Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics tools, reporting insights and recommendations for improvement to the wider team.
  • Help with customer database maintenance and investigations.

Qualifications

  • Recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance or a related field.
  • Proven interest in investments, superannuation and personal finance is a big plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g. Google Analytics, Braze, Wordpress) not required but highly regarded.
  • Creative thinking, problem-solving abilities and willingness to learn.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
  • Prior internship or work experience in marketing is viewed as a plus.
