The Engagement Marketing Team at The ICONIC is integral to the overall success of the business, driving customer engagement and sales through our owned channels, including email, SMS, and push notifications. We are also tasked with managing and delivering personalised customer experiences via our website and mobile app. The team is positioned within the broader Customer team and works in collaboration with commercial, product, technology and eCommerce, ensuring alignment with shared goals and objectives.

Reporting to the Engagement Marketing Manager the role of the CRM Coordinator is responsible for supporting the day to day operations of the CRM team, through hands-on involvement in tasks such as email creation and delivery, building audience segments and content updates for onsite and app. This role is key in supporting the Engagement Marketing team in its mission to promote data led thinking for experience delivery and help THE ICONIC become a truly customer centric business.

About the role:

  • Assist in building and managing CRM content using Braze, including email campaigns, push notifications, and app notifications
  • Assist in optimising key CRM campaigns and strategies
  • Assist in updating website and app content
  • Support the development of content and offer strategies that align with marketing and sales objectives.
  • Work closely with the CRM team to optimise campaign performance
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure consistency and accuracy across all channels.
  • Assist with ad hoc strategic projects where required
  • Support THE ICONIC’s journey to be a true data led marketing business by providing actionable CRM insights through recurring reporting and ad hoc projects.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance and attribution activities regularly and investigate any abnormalities
  • Report and analyse data to improve campaign effectiveness and develop recommendations for future campaigns
  • Actively build audience segments within The ICONIC’s customer data platform, sharing audiences to the required destinations
  • Regularly support the wider team through taking on tasks such as updating onsite and app content where required
  • Support the team with setting measurable KPIs to track campaign results across key awareness, engagement and revenue metrics
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with marketing, commercial, media, product teams
  • Operate with a curiosity to take on new challenges and learn new capabilities, getting hands on in CRM solutions to support the wider team

What it takes

  • 1-2 years experience in a similar role in CRM/Loyalty or managing data driven below-the-line communications
  • Experience with stakeholder management and/or agency is a bonus
  • Familiarity with using CRM platforms (such as Braze, Sales Force) preferred
  • Experience with CMS tools (e.g., Prismic) is a bonus but not required.
  • A passion for all things retail (it’s what we do)
  • Willing participant in a strong and supportive team environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing and e-commerce strategies.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
