About the role
The Digital Product Owner will be responsible for driving the delivery, backlog, and prioritisation of our digital roadmap, acting as the voice of the customer to delivery teams, and working closely with the Product Manager and Product Lead to ensure alignment with the strategic direction and product vision.
As a Salesforce Admin you will also be responsible for customisation within Sales/Service Cloud. IE: reporting, configuration, setting up users etc.

What you'll do

  • Act as the primary point of contact for the development team, providing guidance and direction as needed
  • Contribute to Salesforce customisation. IE: reporting configuration, setting up users etc
  • Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and define product features and functionality
  • Develop and maintain the product backlog, ensuring that it is up-to-date and prioritised based on business value
  • Be the voice of the customer and ensure that their needs are being met through the development process
  • Work with development teams to ensure that product features are delivered on time and within budget
  • Conduct user research and testing to validate product features and functionality
  • Work with the Delivery Lead to facilitate the delivery process and ensure that the team is working efficiently and effectively
  • Prioritise product features and create user stories for development

What you'll bring

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, computer science, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in digital product management or related field
  • Experience with Salesforce is a must. Sales/Service Cloud with reporting skills
  • Salesforce Admin certification is preferred
  • Strong understanding of agile development methodologies
  • Experience with user research and testing
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Experience in the payments industry is a plus
