Content Marketing Manager (Remote AU/NZ)

The Opportunity

As the Content Marketing Manager, you will be at the heart of our content marketing and brand strategy. You will collaborate closely with our Growth, Operational, and Product teams to prioritize projects that enhance Visory’s value proposition, go-to-market strategy, and customer engagement strategies.

The role requires a deep understanding of the strategic direction of Visory, and in turn the strategy and key objectives of the broader business.

On an average day, you can expect to:

  • Research and understand key audiences to create impactful content tailored to their needs and collaborate with the sales team to develop content that supports sales enablement strategies.
  • Design top-of-funnel marketing activities to attract and deliver Marketing Qualified Leads to the growth pipeline.
  • Plan and implement scalable multichannel distribution strategies while coordinating with internal teams to ensure maximum content reach and effectiveness across various channels.
  • Work on brand positioning and target audience identification, while developing and maintaining a strong brand identity in collaboration with creative teams.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of the Marketing strategy while working with key internal and external stakeholders across, Growth and Product teams
  • Oversee and coordinate the sales/marketing funnel, ensuring all pipeline steps, targets, and metrics are met, while monitoring and implementing strategies to optimize for better results.
  • Analyse key marketing metrics and provide insights to improve future campaigns, while reporting on performance to the wider team and offering actionable insights and learnings.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has experience of working in the financial services or tech industries
  • Has 2+ years’ experience in executing content strategies
  • Is experienced in managing and briefing creative directions for campaigns and has experience with PR/Digital PR strategies
  • Holds visual design and multimedia skills with proficiency with CMS’, CRMs and relevant digital marketing tools
  • Has excellent commercial awareness and understanding and proven success in meeting revenue targets
  • Is able to utilise excellent communication and stakeholder manager skills with an ability to present to and influence a senior audience
  • Has a willingness to move fast, fail, learn and improve
  • Is tenacious, proactive, and has a can-do attitude with a focus on delivering results
