The Opportunity
As a Technical Scoping Lead, you’ll play a pivotal role in assessing customer financials, identifying workflows, and delivering actionable recommendations. Your efforts will directly impact customer satisfaction, onboarding efficiency, and ongoing service alignment.

An average day in this role is a blend of technical problem-solving, client engagement, and continuous improvement, all aimed at delivering high-quality finance services. You can expect to spend your time:
Completing technical Scoping for Prospective Customers:
- Review prospective customer files to identify workflows tailored to their needs.
- Evaluate financial data to establish onboarding workflows for a clean and accurate financial baseline.
- Present findings to Account Executives to support financial health checks.
Completing Re-scoping for Existing Customers:
- Assess current workflows to ensure alignment with evolving customer needs.
- Identify gaps or inefficiencies and recommend workflow adjustments.
Collaborating and Reporting:
- Partner with Sales and Onboarding teams to align on findings and recommendations.
- Document and share scoping outcomes clearly to ensure seamless team communication.
- Provide insights that improve onboarding, service alignment, and product development.
We’re looking for someone who has:
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in financial assessment, customer support, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
